
Dr. Susan C. Reeder is a clinical psychologist practicing in Inverness, Fl. Dr. Reeder received a Ph.D. in Psychology, an M.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Exceptional Education from the University of South Florida. Her B.A. in Psychology is from the University of West Florida. Her Clinical Internship was completed at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at Bay Pines, Florida.
Dr. Reeder’s professional experience has included acting as a psychotherapist in the Child Management Program and the Psychological Services Center at the University of South Florida, and as the staff psychologist for Marriage and Family Counseling of Pinellas. She was also employed by the University of South Florida Medical School, Department of Pediatrics to provide follow up evaluations for infants and children discharged from area Noenatal Intensive Care Units. Dr. Reeder has provided consultation services for private and public schools and classroom instruction for psychology students at USF.
Located in Inverness, Dr. Reeder’s practice is centrally located to residents of Citrus County and the surrounding areas.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Reeder has presented seminars and workshops on topics such as Parenting, Stress Management, Preschool Wellness Check-ups, Effective Weight Loss, Discipline Strategies, and Psychological Wellness. As a volunteer Dr. Reeder maintains an active involvement in many community activities.
Dr. Reeder’s professional memberships include the American Psychological Assosciation, the Florida Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
